How long we keep your information

The metadata associated with a support ticket or remark that you submit is kept on file until (or unless) you ask us to delete it. We utilize this information to identify you and accept your comments instantly as opposed to keeping them for moderation. We also keep the personal data you give us in your user profile if you register on our website. With the exception of altering your username, you always have access to see, modify, or delete your personal information. Administrators of the website can also access and modify that data.
